About Maddie
Maddie is a Licensed Professional Counselor who is passionate about helping teens and adults find peace, healing, and confidence in their lives. She works with clients through a variety of challenges, but her heart especially lies in supporting those navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, and self-esteem struggles.
Maddie's approach to counseling is warm and relational — she believes that healing begins in a safe, trusting relationship. Maddie also values setting meaningful goals and working collaboratively to help you move toward growth and lasting change. Together, you'll focus on understanding your story and building tools that help you feel more grounded and empowered in daily life.
Maddie is also trained in brainspotting, a brain and body based therapy that provides deeper access to trauma memories or difficult emotional experiences that talking alone cannot access. She has found it to be a powerful tool in helping clients get “unstuck”.
Outside of the counseling room, you can usually find Maddie running, spending time with her friends and family, or exploring new places. She loves hiking, traveling, writing, and watercolor painting — anything that helps her slow down and stay connected to the world around her.
